Within the atmosphere of Democracy, sound and opinion from every single man is more precious than bunch of bucks. Therefore, the voice of every man that’s alive must be heard. Pros and cons will always be there, but that is the essence of democracy.

By looking at those disagreements that may happen, we can say nothing to stop that disagreements but to hear them. Still, in order to keep the “order”, disagreements cannot just stand alone.

Every people may disagree, however, they must have the solution upon those matters. people only can disagree if they can tell the solution. Critics from those that only criticized must not be heard. Why? This kind of people will only disturb the order by disagreeing upon something and let others to think about the solution then, eventually, they’ll disagree again.

Just as if you disagree upon a science fact, you must bring another fact that may prove your statement. Here, in the society, same rule must be implemented. When you are disagree upon a mechanism, think about a better mechanism; when you’re disagree upon a philosophy, think for a better philosophy. Then, which one will be approved by the society, let the society decide.

Disagreement is just fine, however, keep the order! When you disagree, of course, you’ll do rebuttals. Please, please… keep the order.

  1. Make your speech structural. Start with why you disagree, the points of your arguments, and explain them. This kind of order is not only for the debator but for all man that live under the wing of democracy. When you want to speak your mind, please be in order. Know what you want to speak the tell people what you want to talk.
  2. Never ever be redundant! Come on, people are not deaf, they can hear you well. Even if you think that your opinion is not being herad, just deliver it for one time, except if it is an arguments that really urgent and require everybody’s attention. Unless it is very important, for god sake, don’t do it!
  3. Have a point. Don’t speak pointless point. Words like “I don’t want to vote because I disagree” in a voting session is completely useless and pointless. If you don’t want to vote then so what? Better to say something that can change the people’s mind.

Thus, when one can disagree, one can agree. A counter will come as soon as rebuttals come. Just simple suggestions for doing a counter, cause basically, what they got to do is nearly the same as in doing rebuttals. For those who wish to do counter, please counter all point from the rebuttals. Do not create a hate speech, but try to use simple slippery words. That way is much better to make the opposition lost their points.

Although disagreement is the air for the democracy, but remember that there’s an order. The order must be kept no matter what, no matter how disagree you are, keep the order. Listen well, and talk well.

Long Live Democracy!
